Lolita Blu accepts  returns  and refunds during 15 calendar days from de receipt of the order

Bags and clutches must keep its seal and original packaging in perfect state in case of exchange or refund

Every return or refund should arrive to: Lolita Blu SL Rua da Castiñeira P13 Polígono Industrial de VIllalba 27800 Villalba Lugo Spain. 

Goods without any exception must be sent "prepaid" Once we have received  the good we wil refund the cost via Paypal  

In the event  of products exchange we would proceed  the same as in the event of a new product purchase.
